NavNet Communications is proud to offer you a g-rated internet service. Our general rule of
thumb is that if you couldn't publish something in the local newspaper, you cannot put it on the
site. This means that no pornography, hate literature, or other such abuses that Internet has
become infamous for will be tolerated. We will take every measure available to us to ensure we
provide a clean service to our clients.
All NavNet customers are required to sign an application form stating they have read and
understand the end user agreement before their account is activated. If you wish to read the

While we are committed to offering an ease of mind internet service to our end user, there are a
few guidelines we have implemented to ensure everyone gets the best service at the best
price.
NavNet provides front line office hours software support to any customer who has purchased
software from NavNet. You are free to use any software you wish but our support is limited and
is billable at our discretion. We will provide you with any configuration information you may
need such as IP numbers, domain names, server names, etc... but do not guarantee that any given
application will operate with your computer system or function on the internet.
Problems originating with your computer system are your responsibilty to remedy, we can help if
you ask.
To obtain after hours support simply call the office phone number and leave a message. Problems
with our system will be handled immediately. Problems relating to your configuration will be dealt
with on the next business day unless you specify in your message you require an earlier response.
Such requests are subject to a minimum charge which will be payable on your account.
Spamming, the posting of material not associated with a particular group, sending unsolicted e-mail to a group of internet users and other such behaviour is prohibited. Any person in violation of this policy will be notified they have been placed on probation. A repeat offense will result in immediate cancellation of the account, without prior notice. If you should be the recipient of unsolicited e-mail, please notify us and we will take measures to prevent further solicitations.
The navnet.net domain and servers are operated by NavNet Communications Ltd. (NavNet) for both general and subscriber access. Anything stored on this system is subject to audit by the system operators.
NavNet makes no guarantees as to the currency, accuracy, suitability or quality of information stored on the navnet domain.. If misleading or otherwise inappropriate information is brought to our attention, a reasonable effort will be made to fix or remove it. Such concerns should be addressed to: webmaster@navnet.net
